The process has improved as we have a reject rate between 70% to 60%, this has now been reduced to 10% and still improving as we go and introduced to new parts. The biggest achievement of the course is the team have walked away the confidence in what they are doing and now enjoy powder coating as the pressure is off from production and quality.
